RESKILLING TRAINING PROGRAMME WEB APPLICATION

Front End in PHP
Back End will use MySQL open source database (no licenseing fee) MySQL by Oracle.
Code will be compatible with all Chrome, FireFox and Internet Explorer Browsers.
Code will be responsive/compatible with all Smart Phones and Tablet.
Includes software development, testing and implementing. Does not include hardware.
To develope in CodeIgniter or Laverel framework.

CANDIDATE MODULE
  • Signup/Login Forgot Password and Authenticate via 2 step verification.
  • Enter Profile and Enter Resume and Revelent Documents.
  • Edit/View User Profile Data and Password and Relevent Documents.
  • Check on Application Status

HARDWARE / HOTING / DOMAIN NAME / SSL / EMAIL / SMS SERVICES / LICENSEING
  • Will be provided by client.
  • We suggest using https://www.exabytes.my/ services.


SUPPORT / MAINTENANCE / MINOR CODE CHANGES
  • Will be provided Free for 3 months after job completion.


OPTIONAL - ADD ON MONTHLY SUPPORT @ RM2000/per month
After the 3 month period. You have the option to retain us for hassel free maintenance services.
  • Includes 20 hours of re-coding and bug fixes.
  • Fee Does not include major overhaul of the program logic or major module addition to the application.
  • And Verify database Data backup restore services.  We verify every backup.
  • Monitor System attacks or unauthorize access attempt.   


OTHER
All modules mentioned above will be done in Phase 1 and is Reflected in Quotation Price.
For this application to work flawlessly.  To have a proper workin system, we suggest building
modules in Phase 1 in one go.  This is to avoide problems in permissions and to keep everything in synched.

Reporting management (8 to 15 reports to be verified). This will be done in Phase 2.  Since we are not sure
what reports are needed.
This module is reflected in Quotation Price.

Career advisory to candidate, similar to support. Keep history/trail of advisory conversation.
This module is Not reflected in Quotation Price.
This can be done in Phase 3.

Job Duration Phase 1 -  5 months after deposit received. Need proper time to implement and Test.
Job Duration Phase 2 -  to be discussed. Since we are not sure on what reporting is needed.
Job Duration Phase 3 -  to be discussed.

Remarks:
PAYMENT TERMS: 40% deposit to start work, 35% when work is phase 1 work is completed
25% when work is Phase 2 work is completed.
VALIDITY: 30 days from the date of this quote.
